This morning we looked at another interesting space. The cut is extremely suitable for our project. Now it has to be checked whether a few adjustments can be made.

Otherwise we tinker a lot with our plans, on this website, make projections, research everything possible, calculate, learn a lot and look forward to when it can finally start.

The idea of building a creative center is now a few months old and at first it was just a thought that would be great. And as it is sometimes, it was time to look for a new rehearsal room. Since we had to move into a new cellar anyway, we thought we'd go straight to something bigger and do it right - with all the trimmings that a band needs. It quickly became clear that we not only wanted to upgrade the rehearsal room to a recording studio, but also to build our own screen printing workshop in order to produce our own merch. Since we all now also enjoy painting and drawing, we also wanted to set up a studio for two or three young artists and came to the decision to set up our own fashion brand.

Now we are on the last legs of the search for the right space and then we can soon start building.
